Kirk FamilyPlus is not a better version of Kirk. It is the same Kirk for a larger family.

Billing, plainly

  • 7-day free trial, on your first subscription only, once per person.
  • Billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Kirk never sees your card details.
  • Cancel anytime in Apple's subscription settings.
  • Invited guardians pay nothing and get view-only access.
  • Prices shown in USD. Apple sets the local-currency price for each country, so your store may show a slightly different amount.
  • More than 10 children? support@projectkirk.app. No child is ever left uncovered to make room.

Questions

What happens when the free trial ends?
The subscription starts automatically at the plan price unless you cancel before the trial ends. The trial lasts 7 days, applies to your first subscription only, and is available once per person.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in Apple's subscription settings, the same place you manage every other subscription on that phone. Kirk cannot cancel it for you, because Apple holds the billing relationship.
Do guardians pay?
No. Invited guardians pay nothing and get view-only access to the family.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, through your store account. Switching plans does not grant a new free trial.
What if I have more than 10 children?
Write to support@projectkirk.app and we will sort it out. No child is ever left uncovered to make room.
Does my child need their own subscription?
No. One subscription covers the family, up to the number of children in your plan.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, not by Kirk. Request one through the App Store.
